1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Enterprise AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. AI Limitation of Liability

Enterprise AI provides artificial intelligence voice and text agents designed to automate business workflows. While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations") or misinterpret user intent. Enterprise AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from incorrect quotes, scheduling errors, or miscommunications made by our AI agents. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the actions taken by your deployed AI agents.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Enterprise AI's services to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Transmit spam, unauthorized robocalls, or unsolicited promotional materials.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity without authorization.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary data, customer lists, call recordings, and transcripts generated through your use of the service. Enterprise AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our platform, AI models, software, and any improvements or modifications made to them.

5. Service Terms & Billing

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon fees on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with prior notice.

6. Messaging Terms & Conditions

Enterprise AI offers a messaging program that sends appointment updates and feedback requests to opted-in users.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
